The light draws inspiration from Middle Eastern lanterns. It features a cubist construction made with Matégot's signature ‘rigitulle’ technique, whereby sheet metal is folded and perforated to create a lace-like effect. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eMeasuring half the size of the original, decorative features have been adapted to become functional parts of the light in the smaller version; the 'tail' doubles as a handle for ease of movement and the brass ball at the top of the lamp now functions as a touch-activated dimmer mechanism.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAvailable in Black, White, and International Orange, the portable lamp offers up to 50 hours of light at 10% intensity.
